Group Training Sessions for Peakers

Join us at Everyday Athlete Gym for specially curated group training sessions designed to enhance your Travel experience! Led by certified EDA Coaches, including the renowned Coach Valbo (subject to schedule availability), these sessions are perfect for Peakers of all fitness levels.

Training Approach: Our sessions are tailored to align with the training preferences of My Peak Challenge Peakers. Expect a dynamic mix of basic strength lifts and conditioning circuits, aimed at improving overall strength, endurance, and mobility.

Participant Profile: Whether you're a seasoned athlete or newish to fitness, our sessions cater to individuals with diverse fitness backgrounds. We welcome newcomers and seasoned Peakers alike, providing a supportive environment for all.

Things to note, we can cater for certain mobility issues and adapt around certain injuries however if you have medical conditions or injuries that would be exacerbated by cardio and weight training then please email prior to booking as these sessions might not be the right fit for you specifically and we will attempt to explore other options were feasible.

Session Duration: Each group session will last a maximum of one hour, allowing for an efficient and effective workout experience.

Facility Amenities: Enjoy the convenience of free on-street parking and full toilet and changing amenities at our gym. Additionally, explore our apparel shop for any fitness essentials you may need.

Booking Information: Secure your spot in advance by booking online through our scheduling page. Spaces are limited, so reserve your spot early to avoid disappointment! Each person must individually book their spot!
