We've got the perfect program for you no matter your current experience or fitness goals.  We've raised the bar for combining functional training, that all deliver an amazing workout -  HIIT, Conditioning, I-Lift.  No matter if you are looking for the most intense workout in the world or you're just interested in getting a sweat on for 40 mins... We've got you.

EDA 40

High Intensity Interval Training is 40 minutes of fat burning fun.  Combining, cardio, bodyweight and light resistance movements.

If you are short on time and want to maximise your fitness then EDA 40 is for you.

*Prep Course is recommended.

EDA 60

A full hour of strength, cardio and bodyweight training to get you in tip top shape.  Expect a mix of barbells, kettlebells rowing machines, bikes and other training methods all combined into one session.

**Prep Course is REQUIRED


Strength Training based on your personal physique goals.  This is a coached resistance based class were we improve your strength and lifting ability.

Muay Thai

Whether you want to hit pads and bags and get a fantastic full body sweat on, or have aspirations of stepping in the ring, we have the Muay Thai Class for you.


Commonly known as the science of 8 limbs, you will learn how to punch, kick, knee and elbow.  Thailands national sport is a great way to get your fitness kick. We train the complete beginner all the way to international fighters so you are in good hands.

*No Prep Course Necessary 

F.C Muay Thai

A full hour of cardio based Muay Thai, where you will blast pads, bags and bodyweight exercises for an intense hours sweatfest

*Recommended you atend open all levels prior to F.C Muay Thai


For those who want to take the sport of Muay Thai further.  Whether you have fought before or have aspirations of stepping into the ring for the first time, then Intermediates might be right for you.

This class involves sparring.

**Prior consent from an EDA Coach is needed prior to attending.




A combination of physical and mental practices that will leave you focused and refreshed for whatever the week throws at you.  We always recommend our yoga classes as a great way to balance the high intensity training we offer.

Our Junior programs starts from 7 onwards.  Muay Thai is a great way for kids to get fit while learning new skills.  Training in martial arts also teaches self discipline and socialisation skills
