PREP COURSE

PREPARATION IS THE FORERUNNER OF SUCCESS 

EDA Prep Course is a two-session foundational course taken with one of our expert coaches. Each session is an hour long and involves skill development and a workout. You and the coach will review movement, discuss our style of training, identify any movement issues, tackle specific questions, and set you up for success!

 

 

*EDA Prep Course is required for all new members that do not have prior strength and conditioning experience
