However, the importance of exercise for new mums should not be overlooked which is why we created Bootcamp Baby.
Bootcamp Baby is a six week fitness program for new or existing mums with babies, looking to get back their pre-pregnancy shape, get fitter and have some fun. These sessions are a great opportunity to get some much needed "me" time and meet other mums.
The sessions aim to promote strength, boost energy and strengthen core muscles. These classes are unique because you can bring your babies along too so there is no need to arrange a babysitter.
